Orders and payment
If you register with an account on our website, you’re only asked to enter your details once. These details are stored securely, so that with each subsequent order, they’re already filled in automatically. It’s both quick and easy. In your account you can view your previous orders, change your details or monitor your current order’s status (track & trace).
If you’re also an Axial Vinos Member Clubmember, you can immediately see all your benefits in the webshop or on the special pages only members can view (see more in ‘Member Club benefits’ below).

If you subsequently wish to cancel, you can do so by clicking on ‘cancel membership’ at the bottom in the email(s) you’ve received.
Axial Vinos treats your data securely. All personal information is protected and securely stored on the server. This is done using an encrypted connection between your internet browser and the Axial Vinos server. You can check this by clicking on the ‘padlock’ (an SSL certificate) in front of our URL, on your internet browser screen. SSL certificates link a secured key to a website’s connection, meaning data encoded live can be stored, and so this can be safely entered without the intervention of external systems wishing to intercept the data. That way, we protect your data from malicious use.
Neither do we share your contact details with third parties. Your information is used exclusively for our own purposes. That might include our billing and delivery, to enhance how our website is experienced, or to make Axial Vinos Member Club benefits as personal and interesting for you as possible.
iDEAL is the most commonly used payment method in the Netherlands. Payments are possible through the Netherlands’ ten major banks: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot.
After choosing iDEAL as your payment method, select your own bank. The actual payment then takes place in your familiar online bank environment though the bank’s website. After your verification, the order is immediately completed and implemented in our system.
You’ll receive a confirmation email straight away, with your order invoice.
PayPal is the most well-known ‘online wallet’, making payments possible worldwide. Through PayPal, you can pay using your credit card, bank account or PayPal account.
Before you can use PayPal as a payment method, you first need to create a ‘wallet’ in PayPal
You can quickly and easily pay by credit card worldwide. Enter your credit card details in the payment process, and the transaction is verified through the institution issuing your card.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
The wines are delivered to you fresh and directly from the winery. As soon as we receive your order, the wines are picked and dispatched from Spain to your address in the Netherlands. While that might mean it takes slightly longer, because we’re sending our wines from Spain ourselves, we know you’re receiving our high-quality wines at the right price. Patience is a virtue, as they say.
Once you’ve placed and completed an order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your invoice. As soon as your order is sent off, you’ll receive a message stating a Track & Trace code, for monitoring every step of your order.
If you have an account on our website, you can also see your order status directly,by clicking on‘My account’.
At present, we prefer to send out our wines directly from Spain, without any intermediary. Our wines will be delivered to the address you provide within two to three working days. If you’re a member of our Axial Vinos Member Club, you can keep close track of your order. As soon as the wines are dispatched from Spain, we’ll receive your personal Track & Trace information, which can be viewed in your account environmentin the‘My account’ menu.
If you make a purchase online you can first assess whether you wish to keep the product, just like in an ordinary store. A statutory, 14-day cooling-off period applies for this purpose. You can let us know you wish to reject the purchase within that period, and you then have 14 days to return the wines.
To exercise the right to return, you can let us know, without stating any reason, by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will make collection arrangements through our shipper (Mailboxes) for collecting the wines from you. Once we have received back the order, we will perform the refund through the same payment method you used to pay for the order. We will endeavour to refund your payment within five working days.
We of course do our utmost to ensure the wines you order are received in good condition. Although our shipper (Mailboxes) makes every effort to ensure this, things can still unexpectedly go wrong.
